This is our latest pilot batch of a 6.7% abv French-style Saison that was dry-hopped and conditioned on Sauvignon Blanc soaked American oak spirals. It is bone dry with a fruity bouquet and finishes crisp like a sparkling white wine. We get notes of clove, white grape skins, gooseberry, oak, vanilla, and bubblegum. We think this one will be fun to ferment in our brand new 20 bbl @foedercrafters American oak foeder this winter.
