Introducing NZ Pils, a light and crispy bevy where New Zealand’s finest hops dance and shine in a glass!🍻 We brewed this tasty golden lager with a foundation of premium pilsner malt and sprinkled a glorious blend of @hoprevolution NZ hops in the mash, at first wort collection, towards the end of the boil, and again in the whirlpool. After a cool fermentation with a kellerbier lager yeast strain, NZ Pils was dry hopped with a blend of Motueka, Pacific Sunrise, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka. These hops, like rare gems plucked from the heart of Aotearoa, bring life to a beer that’s as vibrant and diverse as the breathtaking landscapes of New Zealand. The light body of NZ Pils mirrors the airy exhilaration of traversing the Southern Alps while it’s moderate but firm bitterness unfolds like the thrill of riding the rolling surf along the coastline. Krispy Krusher was hopped lightly with Saaz in the mash, at first wort collection with a dash of Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and again towards the end of the boil with a sprinkling of German Tettnanger and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. This brilliant, light golden ale is supremely balanced and drinks smoothly with very low levels of bitterness, a super light body, and a dry, crispy, effervescent finish that will keep you coming back for more. 4.7% ABV | Hoppy Lager Collaboration with @ealvarezfight - giveaway details in comments ⬇️ Featuring the hops Motueka CGX, El Dorado, & Simcoe We brewed this crushable hoppy lager as a special anniversary week collaboration with Philly native Eddie Alvarez, legendary American mixed martial artist and former lightweight champion of the @ufc and @bellatormma. Drawing inspiration from Eddie’s remarkable journey from Kensington, Philadelphia to the pinnacle of mixed martial arts, this beer reflects his relentless pursuit of greatness and embodies the spirit of resilience, determination, and passion. Undrgrnd King was brewed with a base of heirloom Barke Pilsner and Vienna malts lightened with flaked rice. We tossed some Cascade hops in the mash for a boost in thiol precursors, loaded the end of the boil and whirlpool with concentrated Motueka CGX pellets, and finally dry hopped this beer with a powerful one-two punch of El Dorado and Simcoe. Undrgrnd King pours a brilliant light golden hue into a glass that shimmers in the light like a UFC title belt being photographed in the octagon by thousands after a huge win. 6.3% ABV | Oktoberfest Lager This highly drinkable golden lager is our take on the modern day festbier, designed for enjoying outside in mugs topped with foam while celebrating Oktoberfest 🍻. “Ein Prosit” translates to “A toast,” and is the name of the traditional German song played every 10-15 minutes in the bier halls to encourage a good time, a steady drinking pace, and overall sense of camaraderie and cheers, or as the Germans call it, “Gemütlichkeit.” This crushable brew is light and refreshing with delicate malt sweetness perfectly balanced by gentle noble hop bitterness. Raspberry Watermelon WIT
5.1% ABV | Fruited Belgian-Style Wheat Ale Conditioned on Raspberry & Watermelon Source of Wit: Raspberry Watermelon pours a beautifully hazy pink color into a glass and is quick to froth with fruity, light pink, aromatic foam. This base of this brew is a classic Belgian-style witbier, brewed with 50% malted wheat and a touch of flaked oats. The higher protein content malts lend a pleasant, creamy mouthfeel sensation up front which is quickly met and overtaken by a spritzy, slightly acidic, fruit juice-like finish. Post fermentation we conditioned this brew on raspberry and watermelon juice. You can expect a light- bodied wheat beer that is extremely refreshing and crushable in the summertime heat. We get notes of juicy watermelon, tart red raspberries, soft baked wheat bread, and delicate back notes of Belgian yeast character.

De La Grange
6% ABV | Brett Farmhouse Saison De La Grange is French for “From the Barn” This elegant, rustic ale was brewed with our farmhouse’s aquifer well water, 100% locally sourced grains (floor malted pilsner, spelt, rye), and hopped with Hersbrucker Spät and Saaz. We fermented this beer dry with a co-pitch of traditional saison yeast and wild brettanomyces and then dry hopped it with additional Saaz before bottle conditioning. We get notes of spring wildflowers, zested lemon, straw, cracked pepper, barnyard hay, and complex earthy funk.

Reclaimed YCH-303
7% ABV | 100% Brettanomyces IPA Featuring the @yakimachief 303 Trial Blend @phantasm.nz Reclaimed is a series of 100% Brettanomyces fermented, farmhouse IPAs brewed with our filtered aquifer well water, locally grown and malted grains, locally sourced wild yeast, and dry hopped with our favorite hop varietals. With each release, we intend to reclaim and honor the traditions utilized by brewers over countless centuries while exploring the unique flavors associated with brettanomyces fermentation combined with new age hopping methods. Our fourth release in this exciting series features @rabbit_hill_malthouse floor malted farmhouse pilsner and spelt malts fermented by a Brettanomyces Anomala yeast strain and dry hopped with @yakimachief 303 Trial - a potent blend of Cryo Citra, Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Mosaic, and Phantasm powder. Phantasm powder is made from aromatic thiol-rich Sauvignon Blanc grape skins from the Marlborough region of New Zealand. Together with the hops and yeast, these thiols help give this iteration of Reclaimed a major aroma boost. This dry, acidic, funky brew pours with effervescence and quickly develops a rocky head of white foam that exudes a wonderful depth of bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas with undertones of rustic farmhouse Brett character. We get notes of barnyard hay, white grape skins, candied mango, Lemonheads, Granny Smith apple, geraniums, earthy pine, juicy apricots, mimosa, grapefruit, berry SweeTarts, and peppery straw. Reclaimed Brett Farmhouse IPA has undergone secondary fermentation in the bottle and will continue to mature and develop complexity over time.

Think To Swim
7% ABV | Modern West Coast-Style IPA Featuring the hops Cascade, Chinook CGX, Citra Incognito, Cryo Citra, & Mosaic Think To Swim is new age West Coast-style IPA featuring the brilliant clarity, lighter body, and crisp dryness of a traditional West Coast IPA without all of the bitterness up front. To create this IPA fusion, we combined several late hopping techniques more commonly utilized in “hazy juicy” IPAs to saturate the beer with hoppy aromas and flavors without overwhelming hop bitterness. Think To Swim was brewed with extra pale premium pilsner malt and puffed jasmine rice to lighten the body and color. Cascade hops were added to the mash to boost the aromatic thiol precursor content in the wort and just a dash of Chinook CGX hops were sprinkled in the kettle for balancing bitterness. The vast majority of the hops were reserved for the cold side. Instead of adding hops to the whirlpool, we employed a technique called “dip hopping” using Citra Incognito, a highly concentrated advanced form of one of our dearest hop varietals. Dip hopping is a technique introduced in Japan by Kirin in 2012 that has been getting some traction with brewers in the US over the past decade. When dip hopping, a portion of the wort is knocked out into the fermenter with the hops, creating a super aromatic “hop soup” that stews for about an hour before the rest of the wort is knocked out and introduced to the yeast. This method boosts pleasant hoppy aromas while suppressing or removing off-flavors and aromas that are derived from fermentation. Towards the tail end of fermentation we dry hopped this heady brew with Cryo Citra and then at terminal gravity dry hopped it again with more Cryo Citra and Mosaic. We get notes of bright orange zest, breeze through a bed of super fragrant geraniums, lemon mist, juicy white peach, cherry blossoms, red berries, hints of peppery dankness, pink grapefruit, and tropical fruit medley.

BIG IN TEXAS 🌇
7% ABV | Austin Style Hazy IPA Featuring the hops Citra Cryo, Cascade, Centennial, & Amarillo Big In Texas has everything you love about a hazy IPA packed into a slightly lighter body with a more crisp, refreshing finish. One of the ways this was achieved was by fermenting this hoppy ale on the cooler side with a kölsch yeast strain, imparting lager-like smoothness and complementary fruity esters. The name Big In Texas is a nod to the the brewing scene in Austin where this sub-style of IPA has been popular for its nuanced ability to quench thirst in the intense Texas heat while still delivering some serious hoppy aromas and flavors. Big In Texas was brewed with a large proportion of wheat and oat malts for a softened mouthfeel and hops were reserved for the whirlpool and two massive dry hop additions with a blend of Citra Cryo, Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo. We get notes of peach lemon tea, ripe Anjou pear, Key lime, sweet resinous pine, apricot preserves, honeydew melon, grapefruit zest, geraniums, and PNW hop fields.

7.5% ABV | Fruit Tart Ale BERRY KIWI is a fruit tart ale conditioned on juicy strawberries, tart raspberries, and sweet tropical kiwi. This bubbly brew pours a vibrant reddish hue into a glass and emanates aromas and flavors of berry and kiwi fruit which are met and balanced by bright and zingy lactic acidity, resulting in a refreshingly tart, fruity finish. We get notes of red Gushers gummies, strawberry fruit by the foot, juicy kiwi, mixed berry jam, and raspberry Fanta.

7.5% ABV | Fruit Tart Ale SUMMER SMOOTHIE was conditioned on an abundance of sweet blackberry, tart raspberry, and tropical pineapple. This tasty summertime treat pours a vibrant, purplish-red hue into a glass and leaves behind frothy rings of fruity foam with each gulp. It opens with a burst of sweet berry and tropical fruit flavors, drinks with a luscious medium body, and closes with a refreshingly tart, fruity finish. We get notes of tropical pineapple juice, tart raspberries, blackberry jam fizz, SweeTart candies, pineapple soda, lemon, mixed wild berries, and summertime fun in the sun.

MI DEH YAH 🍒🍊
7.5% ABV | Nitro Tropical Stout With Blue Agave, Cherry, & Orange “Mi deh yah” is a common response to the Jamaican greeting “Wah gwaan?” (What’s up?)” that translates to “I am here/ I am doing well.” In other words, no worries✌🏼🇯🇲. This velvety, nitro-infused, tropical stout encapsulates the essence of the “no worries” mantra and it’s good vibes will transport you to a hammock in Jamaica where you can feel the satisfying Caribbean breeze across your face as you watch the bustling of the vibrant fruit markets nearby. Mi Deh Yah was brewed with a base of Maris Otter pale malt layered with Munich, a variety of crystal malts and specialty grains, a touch of 100% blue agave, and a handful of Sabro hops. After a slow and steady kölsch yeast fermentation, we blended this super smooth stout with the juice of oranges and dark, sweet cherries. Mi Deh Yah was canned with liquid nitrogen so we recommend “Smash Pouring” it straight downward into a proper pint glass after a few gentle shakes or rolls. After pouring, the tiny nitrogen bubbles will cascade upwards in mesmerizing fashion, forming a glorious, sturdy head of highly aromatic, beige colored foam that will cling to the inside of your glass with each frothy gulp. Cheers to being here, being well, and embracing life with no worries! 🍻 We get notes of chocolate covered orange wedges, fancy chocolates stuffed with candied cherry, toasted bread and nuts, dates, dried cherries, sugar plums, orange juice, and sweet stout garnished like an Old Fashioned.

We brewed this water ice-inspired sour ale with a base of pilsner and wheat malts and fermented it with a special, lactic acid-producing yeast strain that gives it a pleasantly tart, refreshing finish. Post fermentation, we added watermelon juice and a touch of simple syrup to balance acidity and recreate the classic flavors of freshly made, watermelon flavored Italian ice. This sweet treat will have you going back for sip after sip while reminiscing about those carefree summer afternoons spent with friends and family. We get notes of watermelon Italian ice, watermelon hard candies, watermelon soda, and childhood summertime nostalgia.

7.5% ABV | Double Dry Hopped IPA Collaboration with @jerseystrong Featuring the Hops Citra Incognito, Cryo Citra, Azacca, & El Dorado Source of Strength was brewed for those who appreciate the feeling of how a fresh, cold beer hits after a grueling workout. For those who like to break a sweat to before they “earn” their beers. We partnered up with our fitness friends at Jersey Strong again this year to bring you this mouth watering, double dry hopped IPA. Source of Strength was brewed with a base of extra pale pilsner malt fortified with a large portion of “body-building” oat and wheat malts. It was hopped lightly at first wort collection, dip hopped in the fermenter with Citra Incognito, dry hopped with Cryo Citra, and then dry hopped again with Azacca and El Dorado. The result is a super fragrant, hazy, yellow-orange IPA bursting with fruity hop flavors that drinks with a fluffy medium body and a flavorful, juicy finish. We get notes of bright tangerine, juicy watermelon, dripping mango chunks, red Starburst candies, pink grapefruit, Anjou pear, sweet pine, and tropical pineapple.

Tropical Milkshake IPA
7.8% ABV | Imperial IPA Brewed with Milk Sugar | Conditioned on Guava, Mango, Papaya, & Vanilla Tropical Milkshake IPA is a beer that will take your taste buds on a journey to a hidden oasis, where the sweet essence of succulent mango groves and guava laden trees intermingles with the intoxicating scent of sun-ripened papayas and rich, creamy vanilla. This hazy, bright orange, imperial IPA was brewed with pale barley and wheat malts, fluffy oats, and a touch of milk sugar to give it a super soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Mega doses of a tropical fruit-forward hop blend were added to the whirlpool and again in the fermenter to lend their fruity aromas and flavors and juicy character as opposed to hop bitterness. Tropical Milkshake IPA was then conditioned on an abundance of pink guava, juicy mango, and tropical papaya post fermentation to complement the fruit-forward dry hop aromatics. We also added Madagascar vanilla to enhance the creamy “milkshake” character of this easy drinking, juicy brew. So, grab your flip-flops, kick back, and indulge in this decadent treat and let the velvety smoothness, juicy fruit explosion, and tropical vibes transport you to your island dreamscape. We get notes of mango smoothie, guava tiki drink, juicy papaya chunks, creamy Madagascar vanilla, hand squeezed orange OJ, fluffy oats, and tropical paradise.

Blueberry Milkshake IPA
7.8% ABV | Imperial IPA Brewed with Milk Sugar | Conditioned on Blueberry & Vanilla Blueberry Milkshake IPA presents itself as a symphony of sensations, with sweet blueberry aromas and flavors taking center stage, supported by an ensemble of creamy vanilla and fruity hops. This delicious purple treat is loaded with protein rich wheat and oats along with a touch of milk sugar to give it a super soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Hops were reserved for the whirlpool and the fermenter so they would lend their juicy fruit forward aromas and flavors while imparting very little perceived hop bitterness. We conditioned this hazy brew on heaps of sweet blueberries post fermentation along with Madagascar vanilla to enhance its creamy “milkshake-like” character. We get notes of sweet blueberry milkshake, rich, creamy vanilla, blueberry muffins, fluffy oats, mixed berries, floral arrangement, blueberry hard candies, and wild berry pop tart filling.

7.8% ABV | Imperial India Pale Ale Brewed with Milk Sugar I Conditioned on Toasted Coconut, Pineapple, Mandarin Orange, & Madagascar Vanilla We designed the flavor profile of this juicy imperial IPA to be reminiscent of Ambrosia Fruit Salad - that wonderfully unique, dessert-like concoction of pineapple chunks, orange slices, coconut flakes, and marshmallows. Ambrosia Milkshake IPA is delightfully easy drinking and is soft and gentle on the pallet while delivering an abundance of fruity hop flavor with very little perceived bitterness. At the tail end of fermentation, we dry hopped this hazy, bright orange IPA with a delicious blend of citrus and tropical fruit forward hops. Post fermentation we conditioned this tasty brew on Mandarin orange, pineapple, toasted coconut chips, and Madagascar vanilla. We get notes of Ambrosia fruit salad, toasted coconut pie, sweet pineapple chunks, orange juice, and tropical cocktail by the beach.

Vanilla Ice Cream Milkshake IPA 🍦
8% ABV | Imperial Milkshake IPA Brewed with Milk Sugar | Conditioned on Vanilla Ice Cream & Madagascar Vanilla Collaboration with @jerseyfreeze1952 We collaborated with our friends at Jersey Freeze again this year to celebrate National Soft Serve Ice Cream Day with the release of this tasty summertime treat! Vanilla Ice Cream Milkshake IPA was brewed with a large proportion of protein rich malted wheat and oats along with milk sugar to give it a creamy, soft-serve like mouthfeel sensation. This hazy brew was hopped generously post-boil in the kettle and then again in the fermenter to accentuate the sweet hoppy aromas and flavors while keeping the perceived bitterness very low. Vanilla Ice Cream Milkshake IPA was then conditioned on vanilla soft serve ice cream and Madagascar vanilla bean post fermentation. The result is a medium-full bodied IPA that opens softy with notes of vanilla and fruity hops then finishes creamy and sweet like a melting cone of vanilla soft serve ice cream on a hot summer day.

8% ABV | Imperial Pastry Sour Ale Brewed with Milk Sugar | Conditioned on Chocolate, Strawberry, Banana, & Vanilla Birthday Cake is a decadent sour ale brewed to imperial strength to celebrate our 4 Year Anniversary here at Source Brewing! 🎉🍻 This tasty treat was crafted with pale barley and wheat malts along with flaked oats and milk sugar then fermented with a special lactic acid producing yeast strain. Post fermentation, this imperial pastry sour ale was conditioned on heaps of Ecuadorian cacao nibs, juicy strawberries, ripe bananas, and creamy Madagascar vanilla. Birthday Cake pours an opaque pinkish-red hue into a glass and radiates enticing aromas of chocolate cake, tangy strawberry, sweet banana, and creamy vanilla icing. The rich, chocolately flavors are followed by waves of strawberry banana which are met and balanced by bright lactic acidity, resulting in a subtly tart, super fruity finish. We get notes of dark chocolate covered strawberry, banana split, and rich chocolate cake smothered in creamy vanilla icing topped with fresh bananas and strawberries.

Never Forget is a hazy, juicy, Imperial IPA brewed and double dry hopped with a blend of the finest hops the USA has to offer. The grist contains plenty of wheat and oat malt which give this brew a soft, medium body and the hop bitterness is restrained to maintain a highly drinkable, juicy character throughout. 8.5% ABV | Double Dry Hopped Imperial IPA Featuring the hops Citra Incognito, Citra Cryo, Simcoe, & Strata Turn up the disco ball vibes and get ready to groove with Da Dip! 🪩💃🏻 This hazy, light yellow beauty will dazzle your taste buds and take you on a flavorful journey that’s as irresistible as the beat drop in your favorite dance track.🕺🏾🎶 Da Dip was brewed with a blend of extra pale Maris Otter and extra pale premium pilsner malts along with a generous ratio of protein rich malted wheat and fluffy oats. Prior to introducing the yeast into the fermenter, we “dip-hopped” a portion of the wort with Citra Incognito, creating a concentrated “hop soup” that stewed for an hour while we finished boiling, whirlpooling, chilling, and knocking out the remaining wort. Towards the tail end of fermentation we dry hopped this super aromatic imperial IPA with Citra Cryo, and then at terminal gravity we dry hopped it a second time with a potent blend of Strata and Simcoe. Da Dip is a dance party in a glass, radiating a symphony of delectable hoppy fragrances that will have you sniffing your glass over and over again. You can expect a soft medium body followed by a gentle kiss of balancing hop bitterness, and a juicy, fruity, hop flavored finish. 8.6% ABV | Double Dry Hopped Imperial IPA This hazy, imperial, double dry hopped IPA was crafted with passion and is overflowing with tantalizing hoppy aromas and juicy flavors. We brewed this radiant IPA with a base of extra pale premium pilsner and Golden Promise barley malts, white wheat, and plenty of oats that, when poured into a glass, translate to a beautifully hazy, shimmering, light yellow-orange appearance that sets the tone for this bright and tasty beer. Go 50, It’s Your Birthday was hopped with Citra Incognito and concentrated Idaho 7 CGX pellets in a cooled whirlpool and then double dry hopped with a potent, aromatic blend of Cryo Citra, Idaho 7 CGX, and Strata. Bitterness is restrained but hop flavor truly shines in this beer, making for an effortless drinking experience, each sip bursting with juicy stone fruit, citrus, and tropical fruit flavors. We get notes of dripping golden peach, ripe nectarines, juicy watermelon, tangy white strawberry, sweet, sticky pine, white gummy bear, tangerine, honeydew melon, and papaya.

Third Awakening
9% ABV | Baltic Porter Lager The “Third Awakening” was the movement that led to the restoration of Latvia’s independence from the Soviet Union. In 1989, approximately two million people across the Baltic countries joined their hands in solidarity to form a 600km long human chain to peacefully demonstrate their unity in their efforts towards freedom. Our Third Awakening is a big, bold, deceptively smooth, Baltic porter that was fermented cool with our house lager yeast strain and then lagered cold for several months to mature and round out the complex flavor profile. This dark, strong lager was brewed with a base of Munich and Pilsner malts layered with a variety of specialty grains that give it its color and wonderful depth of flavor. Warrior and Zuper Saazer hops were added to the kettle for balancing bitterness and a back note of noble hop character, respectively. Third Awakening pours a beautiful, dark brown color into a glass, and, when held up to the light, shimmers with garnet hues like a polished ruby. Atop this elegant beer rests a gorgeous crown of tan colored, frothy, long lasting foam that coats the glass with each sip. Third Awakening drinks with a mellow, medium body, displays a full range of complex malty aromas and flavors with balancing hop bitterness, and finishes extremely smoothly with medium dryness. We get notes of toasty bread, dried fruits, plum preserves, black cherry, cacao nibs, rye spice, caramelized dates, subtle herbal/ floral hop note, and lightly roasted coffee beans.

6% ABV | Brett Farmhouse Saison 750 ml bottle De La Grange is French for “From the Barn” This elegant, rustic ale was brewed with our farmhouse’s aquifer well water, 100% locally sourced grains (floor malted pilsner, spelt, rye), and hopped with Hersbrucker Spät and Saaz. We fermented this beer dry with a co-pitch of traditional saison yeast and wild brettanomyces and then dry hopped it with additional Saaz before bottle conditioning. We get notes of spring wildflowers, zested lemon, straw, cracked pepper, barnyard hay, and complex earthy funk.
