PISTA PILSNER ๐๏ธ๐ฎ๐น
4.4% ABV | Dry Hopped Italian-Style Lager Brewed with Italian Heirloom Barley | Featuring the Hops Hallertau Mittelfrรผh, Saaz, & Tettnanger Introducing Pista Pilsner - where Italian finesse meets the racetrack of flavor, and every sip is a thrilling journey on the taste tarmac. Pista Pilsner is a symphony of Italian craftsmanship and precision brewing - a beer thatโs been finely tuned for ultimate performance. We brewed this light-bodied golden lager with premium barley malt that was grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice, lending its own unique Italian terroir to this tasty, delicate beer. Pista Pilsner was hopped in the mash, at first wort collection, and several times throughout the boil and whirlpool with a variety of European noble hops, including Czech Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfrรผh, and German Tettnanger. After a cool fermentation with a classic lager yeast strain, Pista Pilsner was dry hopped with Saaz and then conditioned cold for months in a horizontal lagering tank. Pista Pilsner pours with brilliant clarity and develops a gorgeous head of frothy white foam that laces the glass with each swig. With a body as light as a featherweight boxer, it glides across your palate with the grace of a beautiful red Ferrari hugging the curves of a race track. We get notes of bready malt, bright and zesty lemon mist, biscuit, peppercorn crusted cracker, fresh cedar, honey, and a gentle breeze through a thriving herb garden.

PROPER ENGLISH ๐ฌ๐ง
5.2% ABV | British-Style Brown Ale This is a proper English pub beer โ brewed with balance and drinkability in mind. After quaffing back a few pints of this beautiful, reddish-brown ale we are once again reminded how much we adore this often overlooked beer style. Proper English was brewed with the finest, pale, English, Maris Otter malt, along with a variety of other specialty grains which lend their lightly sweet, nutty, bready, biscuity, toasty, caramel, and chocolatey aromas and flavors. These wonderful malty flavors are quickly met and balanced by gentle hop bitterness and a kiss of floral and earthy English hop character provided by East Kent Goldings & Fuggles hops. This classic, British Brown Ale will surprise you with its depth of flavors and relatively light body, and the pleasantly dry finish will offer strong encouragement for another pint๐ป! We get notes of golden brown biscuits, toasted bread, Cheerios cereal, chocolate trail mix, toffee brittle, Whoppers, cedar, forest leaves, lightly roasted coffee, and caramel nut roll.

SOURCE OF LIGHT ๐ก
5.6% ABV | Dry Hopped Pilsner Source of Light was brewed with 100% premium German malts and hopped several times in the kettle with one of our favorite New Zealand hop varietals - the bright and zesty, citrus-forward Motueka. We then hopped this crushable lager again with more aromatic Motueka hops in the fermenter before transferring it to horizontal lagering tank for a long, cold-conditioning slumber. The result is a brilliantly golden, light-bodied brew with smooth bitterness, hop-dominated aromas and flavors, and a clean, dry, crisp finish that makes it hard to put down. We get notes of key lime zest, fresh herb garden, white crackers, wildflower honey, and fragrant lemongrass.

INTO THE SHALLOW ๐โโ๏ธ
4.5% ABV | Modern Session IPA Featuring the hops Mandarina Bavaria, Motueka, El Dorado, & Cryo Citra Into The Shallow is new age, West Coast-style, sessionable IPA featuring the brilliant clarity, lighter body, and crisp dryness of a traditional West Coast IPA without all of the bitterness up front. To create this modern IPA fusion, we combined several late hopping techniques more commonly utilized in โhazy juicyโ IPAs to saturate the beer with hoppy aromas and flavors without overwhelming hop bitterness. Into The Shallow was brewed with extra pale premium pilsner malt and flaked rice to lighten the body and color. Saaz hops were added to the mash to boost the aromatic thiol precursor content in the wort and then a dash of Mandarina Bavaria and Motueka hops were added to the kettle for some balancing bitterness and flavor. The vast majority of the hops were reserved for the cold side. Instead of adding hops to the whirlpool, we employed a technique called โdip hopping,โ adding fragrant El Dorado hops directly into the fermenter before knockout and then hit the beer with a final dry hop charge of Cryo Citra towards the tail end of fermentation. You can expect a huge hop bouquet on the nose, a super light body with a touch of drinkability-promoting bitterness, delicious hoppy flavors, and a crispy effervescent finish that will encourage sip after sip. We get notes of juicy watermelon, tropical melon, lime mist, ripened pear, orange blossom, lemon hard candy, and tangerine orchards.

We also added some Lemondrop hops and freshly blended and strained juice from whole limes. Post fermentation, we conditioned this hazy, light yellow ale with more lime juice as well as the sweet, floral, juice of Siracusa lemons. COLTS ABBEY
13% ABV | Belgian-Style Quadruple Ale Colts Abbey is our @worldbeercup and @greatamericanbeerfestival award winning, Belgian-style, dark, strong ale. Although not brewed by monks in a monastery, Colts Abbey has a special place in our hearts and reminds us of the Trappist beers of Belgium that inspired us when we were just starting out on our personal beer journeys. Despite its strength, Colts Abbey is remarkably drinkable and boasts a wide variety of wonderful aromas and flavors. It pours a deep copper hue into a glass and quickly develops an off white head of beautiful foam. As you sip and the beer begins to warm, you will notice aromas and flavors opening up and developing even further. A complex interplay of specialty malts, amber candi sugar, and expressive, fruity/spicy Belgian yeast at first give an impression of sweetness that fades and is replaced by a dry and effervescent finish. After primary fermentation, this high gravity brew spent extended time cold conditioning to round out all the edges and allow all the nuanced flavors and aromas to meld together. Colts Abbey was packaged with fresh yeast and priming sugar to undergo secondary fermentation right in the bottle, lending additional complexity and scavenging packaged oxygen in the process, prolonging its lifetime. We get notes of rum soaked raisin, bananas foster, toffee, glazed Honeybun, vanilla crรจme brรปlรฉe, caramelized sugar, fig jam, toasted marshmallow, molasses, clove, and crumb cake.
